Timberland, Kamik, Dunlop, Danner, RedWing, North Face, Columbia, Tecnica, and tons more.There are several companies that make boots similar to Sorel's Pac Boots. Columbia, The North Face, and LL Bean all make a similar boot. Similarly thare are many other lower quality boots available in discount retail chains that have a rubber bottom, leather upper, and a felt or synthetic lining some are removable, some are not.

Usually lighter and better suited for hiking, you can find many insuated/waterproof boots froom several compaines. Salomon, Columbia, The North Face, and Merrel come to mind. These boots are usually not as tall as the pac-boots so investing in a pair of gaiters is a good idea if you plan to use them in deeper snow.

Many full-grain leather boots such as Limmer, Danner, and Red Wing are not insulated but will keep you warm and dry with the correct application of waterproofing material and the right combination of synthetic and wool blend socks. Unfortunately, I do not suggest these boots for someone who does not have the time to put into the extra effort it takes to clean, dry, and apply the conditioning creams needed to keep the boots in good condition.

All said, any ankle-high waterproof boot worn with gaiters and the right socks will probably keep you warm and dry except in all but the most extreme circumstances. Such boots can be found made by Merrel, Salomon, Garmont, Asolo, The North Face, Hi-Tec, Montrail, Scarpa, and a dozen other companes.
