It doesn't look like anyone has put the entire look together for a complete costume - you will have to pick pieces from other to make your -- or work with a costumer (suggest you look on etsy.com or locally in the yellowpages for a theatrical seamstress) I'd start looking for the fishnets soon - they are tough to find!
